Roger Bacon hosts dedication ceremony for Ralph Luebbe Amphitheater

On Friday, September 29th, the Roger Bacon Class of 2024 and members of the staff gathered in the newly completed outdoor classroom to officially dedicate it as the Ralph Luebbe Amphitheater. Fr. Roger Lopez, OFM, led the group in a prayer service during the dedication.

Returning to campus to be in attendance was long-time faculty member Dr. Deb Luebbe and her family. "Uncle Ralph" was a staunch supporter of Catholic education, and the Luebbe Foundation has supported numerous initiatives at RB; including the Assisi Scholars Program, the San Juan Baptista Pilgrimage, the St. Clare Society and the construction of the amphitheater.

It was without any hesitation to name the beautiful new area of campus after Ralph Luebbe as a 'thank you' for all the generous support. The Ralph Luebbe Amphitheater will now be a place for learning, community and spiritual growth on Roger Bacon's campus for years to come!
