Roger Bacon Hosts Cincy Shakes for Romeo & Juliet

On March 6, the freshmen class had the exciting opportunity to attend the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company’s abridged performance of Romeo and Juliet. Seeing Shakespeare’s timeless tragedy come to life on stage deepened their understanding of the play, a classic that all of RB freshmen read. After the performance, students engaged in a Q&A session with the actors, gaining insight into the characters, themes, and the art of performing Shakespeare. This enriching experience brought literature to life and fostered a deeper appreciation for the play!
