Girls Volleyball Advances to State Championship!

The Spartans came out hungry Thursday night when they beat Vincent Warren in straight sets in the state semi-finals.

Missing one of their leaders to injury, the team rallied around senior Mariah Gaines and played together for her. Junior middle blocker Morgan Sunderman stepped behind the serving line and went on giant runs in sets two and three to bring the team momentum. And senior setter, Ally Hughes made the right decisions at the right time to bring the team to victory.
