Future Spartans
We can't wait to meet you!
Shadowing at Roger Bacon gives future Spartans an opportunity to see what a normal day look like by exploring classes, meeting students and teachers, and learning more about extracurricular activities. After spending the day with us, you'll already feel like part of our RB family.
Shadows will experience a school day with one of our students from 8:30-1:45 pm. At the end of the day, shadows will have the opportunity to tour the school and talk to students and admissions staff.
Shadowing is available for current 8th graders and potential transfer students.
Please note that for potential transfer students there will be additional days available by request during the winter and spring sessions.
To schedule a shadow day, create a SpartanLink account. Once you receive confirmation email and log-in set-up, you can schedule a Shadow Day from your SpartanLink checklist.
Self-scheduling is available up to 4 days before the desired shadow date.
You may also call the admissions office to set up a day, or to inquire about a specific day you may need.
If you have questions or need help with scheduling, contact the Office of Admissions at 513-641-1313 or admissions@rogerbacon.org.
Our shadow dates for the 2024-2025 school year are as follows:

If you are accepted to Roger Bacon in January and would like to come back to visit the school after that time, please call us at 513-641-1313 or email admissions@rogerbacon.org.
Transfer students have the ability to set up shadow days throughout our winter and spring of 2024 by contacting the admissions office.
If interested, parents are welcome to stay at the beginning of their child's shadow day for a school tour and brief information session with the Admissions Office. Please let us know when you schedule your shadow day if one or more parents plan to stay for the meeting. The parent tour and information session runs from approximately 8:30-9:30 am and gives parents a chance to tour the school, see what a school day looks like, and get questions answered about the admissions process, academics, scholarship opportunities, etc.
