International Students

Each year students from foreign countries attend and immerse themselves in the Roger Bacon High School community. We have had students from China, Korea, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Germany and more. All students seeking admission to Roger Bacon High School must be working with an approved International Education Agency. This agency will assist in the application process, find a host family, and provide support and follow up while attending Roger Bacon.

International Students seeking admission must:

  • Complete an Application for Admission
  • Provide transcripts from host country translated in English
  • Complete a Skype Interview
  • Submit copies of all required health documentation, birth certificate, passport, and financial information

For students wanting to earn a Roger Bacon High School diploma:

  • Must stay for a minimum of two years
  • Pass all of the required components of the State of Ohio standardized testing
  • Complete the required credits of RBHS for a diploma

1 Register for a SpartanLink Account

Roger Bacon High School is excited to announce our new parent and student designed portal, SpartanLink. Parents and students will be able to:

  • Complete application
  • Communicate with the Admissions Office
  • Review the status of applications
  • View upcoming admission and school related events

Once you complete the SpartanLink Registration Form you will be emailed a username and instructions on how to login within one business day.

2 Application for Admission

Once a SpartanLink account is created, you will have the opportunity to complete the International Student Application. In addition, each student will be given a prompt to upload a personal statement. This year’s prompt for the international student application is:

3 Admission Interview

Once the application is complete and records have been received, the agency must schedule an interview for the candidate with the Director of Admissions.

Once accepted, registration paperwork and tuition should be paid to Roger Bacon High School via the international agency.
