Transcript Request

For current students, transcript requests can be made through Naviance or the guidance office.

For alumni, please email Michelle Peters at mpeters@rogerbacon.org or call 513.641.1300

If you email, please include the following: Last name, First name, middle initial, maiden name, date of birth, year of graduation, current phone number, school attended, and where transcripts are to be sent.

Please Note: If your transcript is sent to you for a school, do not open it. It will not be an official transcript if it has been opened.
